The KMDC Dance Crew is a project-based performance program open to dancers of all experience levels. The crew focuses on growth and collaboration, giving members the opportunity to participate in multiple performance projects each semester. With one audition granting access to all projects, dancers are placed into project-specific teams that explore a variety of styles, concepts, and performance settings. This structure allows members to gain experience in group choreography, stage performance, and filmed dance content, while working closely with directors and fellow dancers in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

K-Sync is one of KMDC’s core programs and operates as a trainee-style performance program. Members train in both dance and vocal performance, mirroring the structure and expectations of a real K-pop group. Participants are selected into a competitive, focused cohort and move through structured training phases that emphasize technique, synchronization, and stage presence. Training includes personalized feedback and collaborative practices alongside experienced groups and programs, including Berklee College of Music’s KCSA (Korean Culture Student Association) and their K-Pop girl group B-Girls.The program is designed to develop performance-ready groups that will debut at the end of the semester.
